On pay: £18 to £24 per hour. Interpreters made to negotiate every assignment. Interpreters feel they've been undervalued, lack of status, poor communication, late payments, poor rates. @mojgovuk has so many problems, but #mojfwa goes unaddressed, dysfunctional. 1/2
