ICE ERO Seattle took custody of Renata Marcela Gujosa Martinez, a criminal illegal alien from Mexico, after she was released from federal prison in Washington. Gujosa’s was serving time for conspiracy to import more than 5 kg of cocaine in Texas. She’s detained, pending removal.

On 03/11/26, Bellingham Border Patrol agents assisted @EROSeattle in arresting Arturo Iglesias Rodriguez, a Mexican citizen, near Federal Way, WA. Iglesias has prior arrests for drugs, DUI, assault, and trespass. He is now pending removal proceedings.

ICE @EROSeattle arrested Jorge Zapata Perez, a criminal illegal alien from Mexico who has been convicted of rape related charges and sentenced to prison TWICE. He illegally snuck back into the U.S. after being deported — a felony offense. ICE ERO Seattle removed Jose Saul Ortega Jandres, a criminal illegal alien from El Salvador, for the 4th time after he was detained at the Northwest ICE Processing Center. Ortega’s prior criminal history includes; KIDNAPPING ASSAULT RAPE BY FORCE BURGLARY

Bellingham Border Patrol agents assisted @EROSeattle in arresting Omar Sanchez-Meza a Colombian citizen, near Lynwood WA. Sanchez has previously been arrested for immoral communication with a minor and assault with sexual motivation. He is currently pending removal proceedings

On 03/10/2026, Bellingham Border Patrol assisted @EROSeattle in arresting Fidelino Cruz-Jimenez and Roberto Ruiz-Bravo, Guatemalan citizens, near Bellevue, WA. Both have prior domestic violence-related arrests and are awaiting removal proceedings.

CHILD RAPIST DETAINED ICE Seattle took custody of Miguel Angel Valenzuela Gonzales, a criminal alien from Mexico after he was released from federal prison. He was recently convicted for illegal reentry & previously served jail time for first-degree rape of a child in Washington.

On 03/10/2026, Blaine Border Patrol Task Force Agents accompanied by @EROSeattle arrested Gerson IBANEZ-Fonseca, a Colombian citizen, near Bellingham, WA. Ibanez has previous arrest for assault with a deadly weapon. Ibanez is currently awaiting removal proceedings.

On 03/10/2026, Blaine Border Patrol Task Force Agents accompanied by @EROSeattle arrested Mario RAFAEL-RAMIREZ, a Guatemalan citizen, near Bellingham, WA. Rafael has a previous DUI convection and is currently awaiting removal proceedings.

ICE ERO Seattle arrested Alejandro Rosales Valencia, a criminal illegal alien from Mexico with three prior removals. Rosales prior convictions include assault and/or battery of a police officer, manufacturing and possession of methamphetamine and reckless driving in California.

ICE ERO Seattle arrested Alfonso Santillan-Sanchez, a criminal illegal alien from Mexico who is unlawfully present in the U.S. in Yakima, Washington. His criminal history includes convictions for THEFT RAPE ASSAULT WITH A DEADLY WEAPON

ILLEGAL REENTRY IS A FELONY Edgar Ulises Cobian Soto, a criminal illegal alien from Mexico was transferred to ICE custody after being found guilty of MULTIPLE ILLEGAL REENTRIES into the U.S. by the U.S. District Court Eastern District of Washington on Feb. 11.

ICE ERO Seattle arrested Edgar Enrique Medrano Mendoza, an illegal alien from Guatemala, with a lengthy rap sheet. DUI 3x RECKLESS DRIVING ASSAULT

On March 3, 2026, Bellingham Border Patrol Agents and @EROSeattle arrested Gerardo DE LA LUZ-CALIHUA in Lacey, WA. De La Luz attempted to evade agents by striking government vehicles and fleeing on foot. He has a prior assault arrest and is being held for removal proceedings.

ICE ERO Seattle took custody of Josue Rafael Robles Hernandez, a lawful permanent resident from Mexico, after he was released from prison in Washington where he was sentenced to approximately one year for a felony conviction for distributing a controlled substance in Arizona.

On 02/25/2026, Bellingham Border Patrol agents assisted ICE, in arresting Jose Rubio-Arreguin, a Mexican citizen, near Federal Way, WA. Rubio has previously been arrested for Domestic Violence, assault, rape, and multiple DUIs. He is currently awaiting removal proceedings.

On 02/25/2026, Blaine Intel Agents assisted Ferndale ERO, in arresting Eugenio Pacheco-Ruiz, a Mexican citizen, near Mt Vernon, WA. Juarez was previously charged with DUI and reckless driving. He is currently awaiting removal proceedings.

SEX ABUSER DETAINED ICE ERO Seattle arrested Marco Antonio Joya Santana, a lawfully admitted permanent resident from Mexico, after the Oregon Department of Corrections released him back into the community following jail time. His felony convictions are RAPE SODOMY SEX ABUSE
