ICE Seattle arrested illegal alien Ha Than Vo, 54, of Vietnam. He was convicted in King County, WA, of rape of a child, 3rd degree, and sentenced to 10 months in jail. He will now be removed back to Vietnam.

ICE Seattle arrested illegal alien Jose Tzintzun-Luna, 43, of Mexico. He pleaded guilty in Clark Co., WA, to rape of a child, 1st Degree, and child molestation, 1stdegree and was sentenced to 144 months in jail. He is now facing removal proceedings.

ICE Seattle arrested illegal alien Onomen Uduebor, 39, of Nigeria. He was federally convicted in June 2025 for conspiracy to commit wire fraud and aggravated identity theft, earning a 40-month sentence. He is now facing removal proceedings.

ICE Seattle arrested illegal alien Antonio Solorio-Rueda, 45, of Mexico. He has multiple illegal entries into U.S., arrests for DUI, drugs, driving w/o license, & conviction for drug possess. w/intent to sell & sentenced to 16 mo. He is in custody pending removal to Mexico.

ICE Seattle arrested illegal alien Berta Montano-Jimenez, 43, of Mexico. She is federally convicted of felony firearms violations, including dealing and manufacturing w/o license, and sentenced to 48 mo. She now faces removal proceedings and an expected return to Mexico.

Our partners @HSISeattle arrested illegal alien Cristobal Lopez-Ortiz, 37, of Mexico in Pasco, WA. convicted of raping a child, 3rd degree, in 2024 and DUI conviction. He entered the U.S. illegally & now faces removal back to Mexico.

ICE Seattle arrested deportable alien Claudio Jaquez-Beltran, 54, of Mexico. He has multiple misdemeanor convictions in AZ, federal felony for possession w/ intent to distro fentanyl and rec’d 37-month federal prison sentence. He now faces removal proceedings.

ICE Seattle arrested illegal alien Gabriela Perez-Mendez, 36, of Mexico. She was convicted in June 2025 of attempting to smuggle cocaine into the U.S. and sentenced to 22 months in federal prison. Now she is facing immigration proceedings and return to Mexico.

He was arrested in 2006 for DUI and failing to register as sex offender. He is in custody until removal to Vietnam.

ICE Seattle arrested deportable alien Hung Van Nguyen, 53, of Vietnam. Has multiple convictions in Minnesota incl. kidnapping x2, assault, burglary, aggravated robbery x3, fleeing a peace officer.

Whew. Western Washington’s streets are definitely safer with him in custody. He has been transported to the Northwest ICE Processing Center pending removal proceedings.
