Despite me never using them @santanderuk ever, they have allowed someone to get a credit card in my name, seriously effected my credit rating at a time where I had to remortgage and use credit for business purchases. Still cannot tell me when it will be sorted @santanderukhelp

I'm really sorry to hear you've been a victim of application fraud, Eamon. On the rare occasion that these things happen we try to resolve them as quickly as is possible and update credit reference agencies. Each case is different so I don't have a specific timescale, I'm afraid. If you keep in touch with our fraud team, they'll be able to give you any available updates. ^TC

@santanderuk First time calling- agent told me it would be only a matter of days. Letters still came - Second agent told me it could be up to 6 weeks. Letter came yesterday- Todays agent said they didn't know and could not give a date for. A stock reply doesn't do anything here I'm afraid.

I completely understand the frustration, Eamon. These kind of investigations do take time to resolve but please be assured we try to complete them as soon as is possible. Please ignore any paperwork asking you for payment as these are automatically generated and won't take into account the investigation. ^TC

@zachtothefuller @maximilian_ For some AI levels the playing field and makes no one special or exceptional. Which sounds a lot like communism. I would imagine that those who peddle AI were traditionally anti-communist. Also AI is not a tool, it is an agent and you are tool if you think otherwise.

Ummmmmmm hmmmmmmmm. 20 years ago, I’d have loved this idea. But today, after seeing how old Arnold has gotten and the heart attacks he has suffered and how he moves nowadays, I’m not as excited. That being said, I’ll be curious to see what story McQuarrie wants to tell.
