Social Saturday strides with friends, finishing with a coffee. Nice to nudge past 3000km for the year. Some runs more enjoyable than others and in a few cases, blood and sweat but no tears! Definitely prefer the sunshine 🌞#running #Wellbeing

IT’S MARATHON WEEK 😎😎 I’ve just hit 1200 miles for the year. 650 mile coming from the last 15/16 week training block. I am so EXCITED for Sunday! Nothing can ruin this week (hope I’ve not jinxed it) @WeAreERC @EdtechRunClub @TeachersRunClub

@WeAreERC @EdtechRunClub absolutely smashed the Royal Parks Half Marathon today…a course PB by 14 minutes!! Oh and I managed to get @RBC lion as well so the excitement is off the scale (& yes I had my #ercgnr wristband on 🧡)

Fantastic social run with friends this morning. Steady pace and lots of chatting and catching up. Finished the run at a relative canter before getting a coffee and a warm down. All set for a super Saturday! #running #feelinggood @WeAreERC
