@RBC your customer service agents are extremely rude, condensing, and just provide poor support. I will definitely be switching banks after my most recent experience.

The @RBC app has done an update that nobody would want. They've changed the font. However, they've also removed the account summary at the very end. So now you don't know what your balance is across all accounts anymore. Does anyone there actually think before they enact?

@RBC My case is already with Client Care and under review. It has been one month since your ATM accepted my $2,250 cash, showed an error, and failed to return or credit it. I am requesting urgent review of the ATM logs, error logs, and CCTV footage, and a final resolution.

@RBC I deposited $2,250 cash into an ATM at the Aurora Bayview branch on May 25, 2026. ATM accepted cash showed an error and was no returned or credited. reported it immediately. I’ve been passed between branch staff, customer service, and investigation teams with no resolution.

@zwergie1 If you call the Collect Call number directly, it'll simply be a normal long distance call. You'll need to find a landline/payphone, & call the local telephone operator or directory assistance in your country, then request a Collect Call be placed, so we can accept the charges. ^E
