I’m not exaggerating when I say it’s been our dream to open a school coffee shop. We’ve always wanted a place for our community to come together, a welcoming space for agencies/groups to work with & help our families & take our offering to another level. There’s still a bit to do but we’re nearly there and it’s so ridiculously exciting. Really useful to understand the Early Career Framework through the eyes of teachers experiencing it. Clare & Courtney did their teacher training during COVID - so many experiences in year 2 of teaching is still new (exams, enrichment, behaviour etc). #rEDWarr2023 @kings_liverpool
