MySQLで1行Insertするだけで20msかかる環境があるけどなんでだろう。テーブルは空でindexもない状態。touchでファイルを作るのは1msかからず処理できるのでディスクIOが極端に遅いとは思えないし、select文は速い。 Slow query で調査してみるか、、
