Just found that Steve's punch parry is a launcher (requires heat burst) on the following characters: Bryan Devil Jin Drag Feng Jin King Lars Paul Raven Reina Shaheen Steve Victor If the opponent tech rolls it, the combo is still possible but harder. Will make a proper vid soon
