@SomLikeItRedHot It is strong. Low ch launcher, mid launcher that’s not risky on block and throw mix ups. And it works on higher level players as well, absolutely

Jump over tech does not work beyond an intermediate level, because Hwoarang's BT stance is not very strong. BT low only launches on CH and everyone knows the throw break. Nerfing a move vital in the mishima matchup, instead of just removing the guaranteed heat extension is bad.

Fellow Hwoarang Mains, respectfully please stop crying. This is a huge step in the right direction.

Hwoarang bug that @Konfidentgrog and I happened to stumble upon. If you ss even a millimeter while the df3f animation is going on then the flamingo f3 after becomes near homing.
