God Emperor or Dune may work better as a series. Absorb Children of Dune and have it be flashbacks throughout the series - solves both the problem of having to adapt Children and God Emperor not having a ton of action.

Admittedly I don’t know what this is but baseball teams have lost the plot in terms of things you can eat at baseball games. You should really only have stuff you can eat with your hands. Missing plays because I gotta shovel berries out of chocolate smh

@tracyharms could also time jump a lot with flashbacks and show a lot of golden path stuff. The conceit can be that since Leto is thousands of years and because of his prescience he doesn’t really exist or think linearly

Oh! Oh! This could be brilliant! Like in The Prisoner where every episode takes roughly the same course and returns us to something close to the starting situation.. Except *amplified* in the similarities from episode to episode.
