@CostaCoffee It's irrelevant as to which store this was at. The service of the baristas was spot on. The fact that cleanliness lacks in the majority of your stores that I have frequented is below par, should be of concern to Costa Coffee. Tables should be cleared and wiped clean.

@CostaCoffee This is what you're allowing at your coffee shops. Yes, the man and his dog are outside, but the dog has its front paws on the table. When we walked back to our car, half an hour later, the table had not been cleaned or cleared. Why do none of the staff in any 1/2

Costa outlets ever clean and clear tables? They stand around doing nothing when they're not serving customers. The only local one to me that do keep their tables clean us the #Mold store. Dogs should not be in cafes, end of. Who knows what flies off them when they shake. 2/2

Got to laugh at @Tesco. They have a sign saying Blas o Gymru (Taste of Wales) above the milk. There are none from Cymru at all. They're from England. This is in the Broughton Park store.

@CostaCoffee I just want to give a shoutout to Mike and his team at the Mold branch, who keep their premises spotless. The tables are constantly wiped clean, unlike many other Costa branches. The only grudge I have, which js down to Costa yourselves, is allowing dogs inside.
