"American Conservative Fund" has contributed $250,000 to a Colorado group that's supporting establishment Republicans and opposing grassroots, Pro-Liberty candidates... They are funded by "Win for America," which has been involved in campaigns across the country... "Conservative Fund," has raised $26,600,000 from "Win for America," which has raised a whopping $43,000,000 from Fan Duel, DK Crown Holdings (Draft Kings) and Fanatics Betting! "Conservative Fund" gave $3 million to "Win for Pennsylvania" for State Legislative races in that state. "Conservative Fund" has reported spending nearly $20 million across the country in state legislative races...

Ben Walton is the grandson of Walmart founder Sam Walton. Ben Walton was accused of buying access to the Governor's office by funding two positions for Governor Hickenlooper in 2020. Walton seems to be a big supporter of Kent Thiry's projects, contributing big money to his "ranked-choice" and "open primary" schemes in 2024 and Thiry's redistricting ballot measure in 2018.

Just to clarify, SB26-051 (if passed) would require a birthday or age when setting up a device with an operating system that can access an application store or download applications (i.e. a phone or computer). The Operating System would send an "age signal" to applications for the goal of protecting children. This means that every application would know your age bracket information and be required to use that information in determining whether you are a child or adult and thus if you are able to access their application under applicable law. This current bill does not require a Digital ID, facial scan or other ID verification like we've seen in other countries. Of course, there are concerns that this is just the first step towards creating a system in which individuals won't be able to access a computer or the internet without proof of identity. SB26-051 also requires that this sensitive age information is not shared or sold. This mirrors California's recently passed AB 1043, and has alarmed individuals who have concerns about government control over computing devices. I think it is a bad bill. I don't think it is the proper role of government to have any control over operating systems or computing devices. SB26-051 allows governments the power to determine whether an operating system can be legally sold in the state... this is an attack on technology and the rights of individuals to use computer software of their choice. What do you think? Is my assessment wrong? Bill info below:

Who is bankrolling the attacks on grassroots Pro-Liberty Republicans in this year's Primary Election? Here's what the latest campaign finance reports show:

Colorado SOS Jena Griswold isn’t facing a paperwork dispute. A new civil suit tells how her office rigged a HAVA hearing, filed false election documents with the feds and unlawfully took federal election grants. She is also Smurfing, i.e. criminally laundering money into her campaigns: for her past Sec. of State campaigns, and now for her run for Colorado's State Attorney General. Criminal complaint next. Fresh court wins in Wisconsin, Washington DC, Missouri, and coming: Hawaii. Full blown criminal investigation into the 2020 election is open in Milwaukee by the FBI. Things are hot in Los Angeles County elections, the team is on 🔥 HAVA hearing set for July 2nd in Michigan. Federal civil suit here:
