@rushicrypto Short answer: Apollo was a mission to go, explore for a bit, and return. The hardware was built for just that purpose.
Artemis is establishing building blocks for a permanent presence. Far more complex.

@SurvivingGrady This movie is underrated. And I think it’s just the as relevant today as it was when it was released in 1984.

There is a movie from the 80s called “Teachers” and it starred Nick Nolte and Judd Hirsch and JoBeth Williams and Ralph Macchio and Crispin Glover and it had hit songs by .38 Special and Bob Seger on the soundtrack and it was a pretty scathing satire of the public school system that seems even more relevant today and I never see it on cable or streaming services and I started wondering if I dreamed it.

@SirJeremyLondon Space is still hard and contains risks. As someone who watched Apollo 17 as a kid, I’m looking forward to seeing this mission go and pray all goes well.

Stuart Skinner of the #LetsGoPens on the goalie rotation: “I don’t mind the rotation. It was nice to start. But hey, if you don’t think I’m used to coming in second place a lot, you must have missed the time I spent playing goalie for Mr. 2nd Place, Connor McDavid.”
Wow.
