@fidjissimo Focus is everything in AI right now. The models are good enough — execution and integration is what wins. Consolidating Codex + ChatGPT into one superapp makes sense from a UX perspective.

Companies go through phases of exploration and phases of refocus; both are critical. But when new bets start to work, like we're seeing now with Codex, it's very important to double down on them and avoid distractions. Really glad we're seizing this moment.

the ai told you what it was trained on - public data scraped without consent, behavioral patterns sold to advertisers, and a business model that treats personal information as raw material. the danger isn't that ai knows this. the danger is that the companies building it designed it that way on purpose.

@kapilansh_twt @GG_Observatory AI LLM development is just a different way to program. Blindly asking it to do something will always fail eventually. To be successful, you must develop the E2E testing harness along with the development side so that it knows when it’s right , and I agree knowing is important.

vibe coding is just a fancy term for "I have no idea what my codebase does" → AI writes 400 lines → you don't read it → it works → you ship it → 3am production fire → you have no idea where to start → ask AI to fix it → AI breaks 3 other things we're not building faster we're just breaking things at the speed of light and calling it innovation
