@eightsleep, your product is good but when something goes wrong YOUR SUPPORT IS TERRIBLE! The left side of my bed stopped cooling/heating 2 weeks ago. I've been emailing with support, but the communications is crazy slow, ambiguous, and ignores the images, info, and questions I've sent. It seems like a I'm talking with a very limited chatbot? I've had the Pod for less than 1 year, bought the extended warranty, and yet I'm 2 weeks in and still have no timeline for fixing the problem. I was thinking about upgrading but now I'm thinking about leaving! Frustrating!

Thanks. Looks like someone in the distribution center or shipping company maybe took the phone and replaced it with the pictured wooden peice. Hopefully you guys have the phone info & can lock it. Anyway, I'll DM you to see how best to replace the missing phone. Thanks for the response

@eightsleep, I was told my order would ship between 7/21 and 8/1 & received email 7/24 saying it was shipping "shortly". Yesterday, the day before 8/1, customer support can't even tell if it is shipping on 8/1. How can a company not know what they are shipping in the morning?

@JD12666845 @TRUColorsBrew Sadly, I don't know if it will ever go zero, but our team has accomplished a lot. WPD recently reported that in 2021 in our areas of focus downtown violent crime was down 43%. Not perfect, but much better.
