@Orbitz@Expedia My Platinum account has a critical backend sync error completely blocking $2,376.30 in Orbucks. My core user profile ID and Loyalty ID have become unlinked/orphaned on your database, stripping my rewards at checkout. Frontline phone agents cannot fix this.

@Orbitz What happened to reserving without putting money down, you want the whole room fee minus the extra charges and I rent this same room every year and you have never done this before. I have no reason to use you anymore if I can't reserve without paying up front.

After being a loyal Orbitz customer for many years, I was forced to pay over $600 in unexpected baggage fees on a Frontier flight booked through Orbitz, despite my reservation showing that a carry-on bag and personal item were included.

@Orbitz disappointed with the lack of support. We have had many hours of phone calls with your customer service team, without positive resolution. Makes it very hard for us to use your website in the future for booking big vacations.
