It has been exposed that COEMPT scanned the answer sheets using mobile phones. The blurred copies, the missing pages, the unscanned books - they are not “errors.” They are the predictable outcome of a contract written to fit a vendor. This is fraud. And every child whose marks were wrongly evaluated is a victim of it. This morning, the Prime Minister had time to speak about mangoes. He has not had time to speak about 18.5 lakh children whose answer sheets were scanned with phones. Dharmendra Pradhan ji still sits in office. Modi ji’s silence is no longer indifference. It is complicity.

CMP of Nifty - 23547.75 23900 PE of 2nd June closed at 248.45 (after adjustment) 23900-23547.75=352.25 Minimum premium of 23900 PE should be 352.25+some time value but it is just 248.45. So just know that puts (PEs) are already trading at a discount and a gap up of upto 100-150 pts should not effect the puts much. #StockMarket

I remain confounded & stupefied at the vocal cries of my fellow financial veterans, who are all writing open missives to the FM, asking for abolition of LTCG. Why did we not hear them say the same thing when these taxes were actually imposed and then increased? Then everybody was busy giving 15/ 10 too those union budgets. ( And if my memory serves me right, I did shed actual sad tears on television interviews when these taxes were imposed. You may find them online on YouTube).

I think the finance minister will see all these videos and reject all the claims for lowering of CG taxes. Somebody should look for such videos and get them taken down
