Clear iran has failed to enforce their blockade. 2 American ships where able to make it out without paying the iran toll. Mutiple jets are likely providing over to us destroyers. If more ships crossing freely iran will have lost its leverage
U.S. Navy guided-missile destroyers are currently operating in the Arabian Gulf after transiting the Strait of Hormuz in support of Project Freedom. American forces are actively assisting efforts to restore transit for commercial shipping. As a first step, 2 U.S.-flagged merchant vessels have successfully transited through the Strait of Hormuz and are safely headed on their journey.
ADNOC Logistics & Services reports that its crude oil tanker m.v. “Barakah” was impacted by two Iranian drones off the coast of Oman. The company confirms that no crew members sustained injuries. The vessel was not carrying any cargo at the time of the incident. Further updates will be provided in due course.
