I’m so blessed and thankful that God has given me the opportunity to compete this past weekend at the PIAA state championships and place in 3rd in the 800m and 4th in the 400. It was a hard double to do but I was able to do both of these events even though the recover was short.

Wasn’t able to run the time I want, but I was still able to run 51.21 in the 400. I was a little tired from my 800 earlier that day but I was able to push through and still run a good time.

Had a great meet yesterday at the Ocean Breeze Invitational. I ran a new pr in the 800, 1:56.06 placing 5th overall out of 294 athletes. Truly blessed and thankful that God has given me the opportunity to run and get better. @DELCO_TF @ArchCarrollHS
