TTC - an absolute joke. This company should be fined for all the trouble they are putting Toronto residents. Trespasser on tracks, Mechanical issue, track works, service adjustments. For 10 years, 15 years. When are you going to be able to operate with no issues? Ridiculous #TTC

@CityNewsTO To be fair, they didn’t really deal with it. Did they ruin everyone’s day - 100%. Are they going to do anything to avoid trespassing on tracks in the future - negative. But they know how to go on strike and ask for more money and benefits, when in reality they should get pay cut.

#TTC - the worst service I’ve ever seen! Service suspended from St Clair West to Wilson, then train stopped at King St and went out of service. Moved to East line, now there is no service between St Clair and Sheppard Yonge station. How am I supposed to get home?!?!

@TTChelps You have to assess the situation professionaly. Admit that you have no control over your drivers, admit that your route management have no idea what they’re doing, or just admit that you don’t care. This bus should be running every 5-7 minutes. 25 minutes waiting is not a gap.

@TTChelps Listen, I’m not tweeting here to be sarcastic or rude, don’t get me wrong. I genuinely think that you should implement major changes. You can’t call a 25 minute waiting time « some gaps ». Especially when these so called « gaps » happen so often.

@TTChelps Rush hour is not a surprise, so I would assume that route supervisors have to take that into consideration when planning. The bus gets out of station, fully loaded and now not picking anyone else at other bus stops. So people that are not at main station will wait much longer! 👍🏻

@TTChelps Guys, I understand that you are reporting it and it’s your job to say that you do so. But let me tell you something, if the Issue keeps repeating for 4-5 months, that’s not an unexpected issue anymore, it’s a huge problem that no one at TTC cares about obviously.

Hey guys, any issues at Sheppard-Yonge station again? @TTChelps We are here again - me and around 20 other people waiting for 84. For some reason, 2 buses just passed by and didn’t turn to Sheppard Yonge station. Also, the time on the board was showing 7 and 9 minutes. 20 passed.

@TTChelps Most of 84 routes go between Sheppard-Yonge and Sheppard-West station. I know that road very well. Trust me, there was no traffic this Sunday morning. I live 10 minutes away from Sheppard-West and all these buses were coming from that station. There was no traffic whatsoever.

@Gamarli The vehicles are spaced out appropriately when they head out at the beginning of service. However, when they're held up in traffic, bunching & subsequent gaps may develop. The Route Supervisor monitors and makes adjustments where possible. ^TM

Here we are again, waiting for bus 84 at Sheppard-Yonge station. Almost 30 minutes! 2 buses came by, dropped people, turned “Not in Service” and drove away. 3rd one came in, dropped people, parked the bus and went somewhere. #TTC

@TTChelps This is not the first, second or even third time. This bas been going on for 2-3 months at least. Even this morning I had to wait for 84 about 25 minutes, while on the opposite way I saw 3 of them driving literally back to back. What’s the point of driving back to back?!
