The Trump-Musk administration sent state education depts a letter today encouraging them to divert Title I dollars into school choice schemes. I’m on record supporting public school choice. This isn’t that. It’s a predicate and set-up to raid more of—and withhold—these funds.

Special Education Day was first celebrated in 2005 which was the 30th anniversary of the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act. President Gerald Ford signed the law on November 29, 1975.
