Great to be out running again. My first run in 266 days due to injury. It felt good with no pain, although I had trouble with my breathing and I felt heavier. Hopefully it will still feel good tomorrow.

So, I haven't run since last December due to Plantar faciitis affecting my right foot. Today I've entered my first event this year. Hopefully my foot has healed enough that I can start running again.

5 miles this morning. Tried a route with a few climbs. What doesn't kill you makes you stronger. Right?
