I couldn’t access the full article from home, but as my fellow gut bug-expert says you need a multi-strain probiotic with the right kind of bacteria. We have seen failures in some products before.

@mircada @drmyskoxe Tack vare facket har vi haft en bra procentuell utveckling av lönen i VGR de senaste två åren, innan dess var ersättningen betydligt lägre och nu börjar vi närma oss landet i snitt. Sahlgrenska fortfarande efter dessvärre.

@drmyskoxe Det kan absolut vara högre efter 5,5 års utbildning plus AT. Sämst betalda fackligt anslutna på akuten ligger några tusen över 43500 efter förra revisionen.
Om vb har en lön på 43500 hade hen kanske tjänat på att vara med i facket istället.

@drmyskoxe Tror att det var lägsta lön efter förhandlingen 2023, skulle ha lyfts 2024. Jag rekommenderade nyligen en nybliven ST att yrka på 48500 som ingång på SÄS för 2025. Det är ungefär där vi ligger idag.

Even with full options of care their life may be severely shortened, but that is a discussion with the family. 5 year survival can be 10-15%. We treat adults with cancer that have similar outcomes.

If the syndrome is unknown we will do full resuscitation and intensive care until genetics get back.

@GotPed @natetexsun @StanfordMed @StanfordCAPE Generally yes. Insurance doesn't deny care based on an underlying genetic syndrome. Patients with 13/18 will also get cardiac surgery (depending on severity of CHD and, to be honest, the opinions of the surgeons).

Stable at 30 W with HFNC-> family care room with parents.
CPAP = intensive care room with constant supervision.

@AlldoJ @neo_twiter @nicupodcast @EBNEO I’ve seen babies at 30-32 week PMA trialed off CPAP or to high flow. To me that’s pushing. What’s the standard to come off CPAP at your hospital? Evidence of when/ how to stop CPAP is lacking compared to CPAP first strategy to start. ⬆️ paper important for this reason.
