SB26-111, a bill to protect children from sexual predators, was just killed in Senate Judiciary. For the third time. This bill would have removed probation for those who sexually assault children. That shouldn’t be controversial. But here we are. Even more disturbing — Senator Heinrichsen has supported policies like legalizing prostitution and expanding recognition of polyamorous relationships… yet won’t support putting child rapists behind bars!!! Let that sink in. Colorado continues to protect criminals while victims are left with a lifetime of trauma. We are furious. And we are not backing down. The publicly available copy of the Colorado voter roll shows that during the 2026 election cycle, 3,573 residents will have their Colorado ballots mailed to addresses in California where they are "temporarily" staying while living, working or studying away from the state.
Since 2016, Oprah Winfrey has had HER Colorado ballot mailed to the 70 acre estate that houses her primary U.S. residence, known as "Promised Land", located in Montecito, Santa Barbara.
