@HMASupport HMA suddenly stopped working. "Could not validate the server certification". Contact support message appears. Error code: MVA011. I sent an email to support 10 days ago with no reply. Help appreciated.

@HMASupport I have been waiting 36 hrs for resolution of ticket # 1941279. Please resolve this ASAP else I will be cancelling this service forthwith. This level of service for a long standing customer is unacceptable

@HMASupport Amzing how slow your support level 2 response is. Quick to deduct my annual fee where i disabled auto renewal, and then it takes weeks waiting for a decent reply....sad
@HMASupport can yall take a look at suppot ticket #1937415 Yalls VPN script for use on linux (hma-vpn.sh) is totally broken and makes your services useless.

@HMASupport j'envoie des messages sans réponses depuis le 10 juin pour que mon abonnement ne soit pas renouveler. Il a maintenant été prélevé car je n'ai jamais réussi à gérer mmin abonnement ou me connecter sur digital river
