@hidemyass Sorry isn't solving any of the problems your software has. I have two calls open, I assume they still are, and not even an acknowledgement. You guys are the pits.

@hidemyass You're VPN is rubbish, if anyone is thinking of using it - don't. Not only does it not work, support calls are ignored. It's a waste of money.

Don't use @hidemyass VPN services, they are a bunch of scammers. 7 days after offering a solution they did nothing and just closed the ticket.
