Wrapping up the year. This year was about doing less but doing it better — far fewer trades & deeper focus on true market leadership through every market cycle. When the primary trend is up, there’s no need to overcomplicate. Stay focused, stay patient and don’t chase every twist and turn. It’s a good time to step away, reflect on what worked (and what didn’t), and recharge fully before heading into the new year. Mental capital is just as important as actual capital. To everyone who stayed consistent, disciplined and committed to improving this year — congrats!! I decided to trim more exposure and control my Open Heat for what I think is probably near the end of the initial leg up & momentum. • /ES 2nd day of > 2xATR-21dma extension • ST & MT breadth ext. with a hook-down in overbought area (negative divergence) While... these leading stocks are putting what feels like short-term climatic moves today • 5-day ST momentum is overbought • MCO is also making negative divergence @TradersLab_ TLMM trend model also signaling "TRIM OPPORTUNITY" secondary signal...how impressive this model is right 🙂 I'm not calling for a top, but right now, R/R is not with us anymore. That's the part where you can really smooth your EC by taking profits and waiting for stuff to cool off and PB to structures again. I reduced my exposure just above 50%, and with an Open Heat of -7.15%, that's what I'm willing to risk on a pullback from here. I am mostly in leading names, so they should normally hold strong even if the market PBs. We can continue to drift upward, as we never know, and that's why I keep exposure with my cores. If we continue straight up, I'm happy. If we PB, I'm also happy. I'm happy either way. I also trimmed another piece of my MES position, so I'm really lighting up and at the exposure spot I want from here. All my positions are down to the final 1/3 cores and ready to weather a pullback with that PF. ADDED: TRIMMED: PLTR CRWD SPOT TSLA OUT: Cheers hagn!
