HyperTrade Update: After a great deal of thought and honest reflection, we’ve made the incredibly difficult decision to shut down HyperTrade. What started as an ambitious idea grew into something far more meaningful—a shared mission fueled by long nights, constant iteration, and an unwavering belief in what we were trying to build. Along the way, however, the realities of running a startup caught up with us. Excessive operating costs, ongoing infrastructure expenses, and other compounding challenges made it increasingly difficult to continue in a sustainable way. Much of this financial burden was carried directly by the @StoicAdii , because we believed deeply in HyperTrade and were willing to personally absorb those costs in hopes of pushing the vision forward just a little longer. While this chapter is coming to an end, we’re incredibly proud of what we built and the community that formed around it. HyperTrade would not have existed without the trust, feedback, and encouragement from our users, as well as the friends, mentors, and supporters who believed in us from day one. Your support gave us the strength to keep going during the hardest moments and reminded us why we started in the first place. Though this journey didn’t end the way we imagined, we’re grateful for every step, every lesson, and every person who walked alongside us. Thank you for being part of HyperTrade’s story—it truly meant everything to us.

"Blockchain analytics firm Arkham Intelligence tracks 87 AI companies holding a combined $26.8 billion in Bitcoin. These holdings serve as collateral for operating loans, GPU purchase financing, and founder liquidity. ...These markdowns trigger margin calls on loans collateralized by Bitcoin. Liquidation cascades follow. Market microstructure analysis suggests that $23.4 billion in forced Bitcoin selling (representing the collateralized portion of AI company holdings) would drive prices to approximately $52,000—a 42% decline from current levels—based on historical order book depth and liquidity profiles." We won the 4-year battle for debridge.com After a 4-year chase and a bidding war, deBridge has found its rightful home at debridge.com. Here's how it went down. After raising our $5.5M seed in 2021, I tried to buy debridge.com through DomainAgents, losing bids on $10K, $25K, $50K...in the end we settled for a dot finance domain, like many early stage projects. Every offer we made was declined by the owner, someone in the US who had registered it back in 2008. I even tried reaching out directly, and got zero response. Just in case the owner forgot to renew it, I set a Google Calendar reminder to check the expiration date every year,. Every year the reminder popped up. Every year he renewed it. After 4 years I kind of stopped paying attention, but this year when the reminder popped up, this time the domain wasn’t renewed. Winning the auction We immediately started researching how domain expirations and auctions work. Turns out, it’s not simple! Expired domains go through multiple stages: grace period, redemption, backorder. But eventually we hit an auction on this old-school site, NameJet. To even participate, you have to verify your account manually, go through KYC by phone, and figure out how to fund your bids (the card limit on their site was just $15K). After the expiration grace period, the auction finally went live. We placed a backorder, waited for the start, and then the real battle began. There were over 40 bidders! Every bid extended the timer by 5 minutes, so the auction stretched late into the night. It became a mini war, I’d raise the bid, someone would instantly counter. It went like that for hours. Finally, after dozens of rounds, our bid of $50,999 held as the final one. That was it — after four years, we’d finally won debridge.com. After aaaall that, the payment failed because of their outdated system, and the email said if we didn’t pay within 24 hours, the domain would be forfeited.😂 So we jumped on calls with their support, figured out a wire transfer, and finally — it was done! Congrats to $Useless on making a new ATH. Super interesting to see the performance when most traders are pretty much only buying BnB coins right now. We’re working on helping more success stories launched from @bonkfun, a lot of good teams grinding that deserve it, defo a quiet period right now for Solana but a great time to build and see who is a your real community and who isn’t. Friday was one of the most brutal things I’ve ever seen in my crypto lifetime ( even more brutal than FTX, Luna etc which I was experiencing in real time) the resilience from the community overall was great to see, a lot of people reached out to make sure everyone was okay which was honestly surprising especially given the massive increase of toxic behaviour on CT as of late. I hope everyone is good and is surviving, let’s resume uptober. 🙏

Even few days after the crash volumes are up by a lot since a month ago. Extended had around $50-$100m 24h volumes and right now it hits >$500m consistently. I won't be surprised if we see $1-$2b daily in the near future. Farming those points will only get harder and harder. The biggest boost to your points with app.extended.exchange/join/PANDA, you can't get better one anywhere. PS. Points are selling currently at $3, I believe it will at least 10x from here before TGE.

I can’t believe this is where we are…but it’s the internet I guess so I should have expected it. The White Whale is not racist. I have love for one race: the human race. For those who may not have exposure, The White Whale is a character in a novel (Moby Dick by Herman Melville) that I identify a lot with as a high profile trader. So it became my online identity. Some trolls thought it would be funny to start circling a meme of my avatar with racist language and I’m blocking them as fast as I can find them. If you are a racist, feel free to unfollow. That amount of small mindedness has no space in my life. I know 99% of you didn’t need this post, so I apologize for taking your time. For the 1% that did, I hope to have cleared things up.

Been a long time since I did trades for 5-figures profit. Been months where the only trades I would do were for 6,7 or even 8 figures gain. In a way it feels refreshing and fun to start over. I’m not there yet, but I can see a time in the not too distant future where I can say I’ll be happy to have had the experience of starting over.
