@CoachSwit One of my main things is the all the best guys want to play on one team then go basically undefeated every fall and spring. Instead of just a couple of them on a team and learn how to grind with what they have. Winning 10-0 every weekend doesn’t teach these kids anything.

The way travel baseball is run nowadays has hurt High School Baseball. Some will understand this others won’t. But players don’t play the game like they did 10 years ago.
