I dug into results from the Big Ten, Big 12, ACC, MAC & others—no single source tracks a total OT count across every bracket/match. Finals had a few (Big Ten 125: SV 4-1; 133: TB2; 184: TB1; Big 12 141: TB1; ACC 174: TB1). Full tally would need manual review of 1000+ bouts. Got a specific conference? I can pull more details.
