@TMS_Cashy Private Harry, Zapateo, Maramia and Shelby Sixtysix are the most recent winners of the Galaxy, but I don’t hear anybody calling for it to be downgraded. Why?

@TMS_Cashy No, but it’s a handicap… Check out the list of winners of most handicap G1s and you’ll find similar. My point was about the Oakleigh Plate being singled out when there are plenty of other races ahead of it when it comes to the idea of downgrading.

@Mattunchained It doesn’t, and we probably agree on the wider point, I just reckon there are plenty more G1s here that should be under the microscope harder.
