@AccidentalAdvo1 So sorry to hear of your experience. Definitely resourcing, awareness and understanding of AAC is needed. Hopefully we can all do our piece to have less people experience the same thing! Thanks for all your work advocating and increasing awareness!!

@JeaDevlin Always regret I wasn't better informed when my son was preverbal at ages 3,4,5 .. he really could have done with #AAC then. Alas none of the 5 HSE SLTs we saw during those years raised it with us. Resourcing it being the main issue I suppose 😞
