@SamsungSupport service call, your support told us to then did nothing for us. WHAT A SCAM!!!! I will never buy another Samsung product and I will be sure to tell everyone I know about our refrigerator issues as well as the horrific support. I won’t even mention the ice maker issues

@SamsungSupport We set up and paid for a second service call that still stated the compressor died after only 5 years and 2 weeks. You then said sorry we can’t do anything that is our policy. You would not even compensate for the second call YOU TOLD US TO DO. We would not have paid for a second

@SamsungSupport Refrigerator Compressor goes after 5 years and 2 weeks. Support was TERRIBLE. We were lied to. We had scheduled a service call and you would not recognize that call. We were told to set up a second service call through you so we could get prorated compensation.
