A green line suddenly appeared on my Samsung S23 Ultra, a phone I have handled with extreme care and never dropped. I approached an authorized Samsung service centre with the original purchase bill. I was initially informed that the issue could be repaired free of cost, with only the service charge applicable. After keeping my phone for nearly a week, I was then told that the repair would not be free because the device was purchased 3 years and 20 days ago. What makes this especially frustrating is that I was told the same issue would reportedly have been repaired completely free of cost had it occurred just 20 days earlier. I have been a loyal Samsung user for nearly 20 years and have invested in the Samsung ecosystem because I trusted the brand’s quality and support. This experience has seriously shaken that trust. A premium flagship device developing a display issue under normal use, and the outcome changing over a difference of just 20 days, raises serious questions about customer support and long-term product reliability. I request @SamsungIndia and @SamsungMobile to review this case and provide a fair resolution. #Samsung #SamsungS23Ultra #GreenLineIssue #CustomerService #DisplayIssue

My Samsung Care+ was suspended for “non-payment” after 16 months of on-time payments. I’ve contacted support 20+ times and updated multiple payment methods, but the promised auto-charge never happened. Please resolve this ASAP. @SamsungCareUS @SamsungMobileUS

@SamsungUS bought Samsung Bespoke side by side Refrigerator 28 cu ft and it is already needing evaporator coil. It has been non operational for 2 weeks now and another 2 more weeks while they order the part. We did get the extended warranty but no one at Samsung ever answers.

@SamsungUS i had samsung lcd normal tv when playing via pendrive unable to jump to time in vidoes. Only 2x speed why. Samsung only gave extra features in high value tv, mobile, electronics, low value electronics u removed 50% imp features.
