@SamsungUS Samsung is telling me that my Samsung refrigerator can’t be serviced because I can’t provide a credit card statement for proof of purchase. This is insane! I purchased the fridge from a retailer store and showed them the proof purchase contract and paid receipt! Help!

@SamsungUS horrible customer support I’ve been without a fridge for a month now after buying a $4000 fridge they keep trying to send techs who says it’s unrepairable then tell us to call and we repeat the process moral of the story don’t buy Samsung!
