I have tried to be polite, but I am about done. You wrongfully took over 1k from my bank account after a nightmare of switching to your service. I have spent at least 12 hours on the phone with customer service throughout the initial month with you.
It's been over a week and I still don't have the money back you wrongfully took. I'm close to getting a lawyer and this is going to cost you a lot more.
I don't want to sit another hour on the phone with someone to re-explain the situation just to have them tell me they are working on it.
This is a new account in which one of my lines was not seen on my account, even thought it was active and working, so it cancelled the device agreement, and then wrongfully drafted $1300 for the phone.
You tell people to sign up for autopay to save money, but then wrongfully draft money from my bank account and refuse to make it right...
What do I need to do to get some help and to get my money back?

I can't help but say it, you're a fucking moron if you have any bit of faith or trust for Mau. The fact she lied about leaving the internet just so she could ditch her boyfriend for a new one and a new account rebrand should highlight her cruelty and dishonesty.

@TheTyMiller @FanDuel My account has been suspended for over three years, and they have refused to reopen it. So I gave up and let them keep it. It's just a corporation that checks your credit score anyway.
