I hate when you genuinely love someone and instead of talking things out they just go cold on you because they’re upset.
My colleague has been off since Tuesday, not her usual self at all so I asked what was going on…
That’s when she told me her partner hasn’t been answering her calls or agreeing to see her ever since he found out she secretly bought land without telling him.
And the craziest part? He didn’t even hear it from her.
He found out through her younger brother (they live together). He called looking for her, couldn’t reach her, and the brother casually mentioned she was on site and the network there is kind of bad 😩
He confronted her, she admitted it… he ended the call, and that was it.
Since then? Silence.
Calls, messages… nothing.
And honestly, I get being upset, but completely shutting someone out like that? That’s harsh.
Why are some men so dramatic?

My colleague doesn’t touch her salary because her man covers all her bills and gives her a monthly allowance. She just bought a land secretly and is about to start building with her money + his allowance. Not touching her salary, living on allowance, and now building with both streams of money? Love that for her.
