RURA has sanctioned GVA Rwanda Ltd (Canalbox) under Article 269 of Law No. 24/2016 for continued non-compliance. The operator is required to compensate all customers affected between 13–20 April 2026, pay daily penalties until full compliance is achieved, and submit progress reports within the prescribed timelines. GVA has committed to compliance, and RURA will continue to closely monitor progress to ensure full service stability. Failure to comply will result in further regulatory action.

Apartment (unfurnished) rates in this Kigali don't make sense. A 2 bedroom going for 500k??? In the end, they have high tenant turnovers and vacancy rates. Someone occupies the house for 2-3 months, moves out, house remains vacant for months before another tenant moves in.

Kigali landlords… what’s with all that greed? Saying you’ll only accept tenants who can pay 3+months and now what? You lost both..monthly income and still the house will sit empty for the next 3 months when you could’ve at least been getting sth little each month!?🙂↔️

Look what I did today- I can now sign in to Windows 11 using a @GoogleWorkspace identity - no AD or Entra required. I know there are schools in the US doing this (by installing GCPW) so I needed to take a look at it. Once logged in once, it looks like a native/local logon, complete with account picture! knowledge.workspace.google.com/admin/devices/…

Telegram doesn't have E2EE enable by default for all chats. A user has to turn it on manually for secret chats. Telegram stores unencrypted messages on its servers, which are readable. I prefer Signal
