It is so easy to over complicate the golf swing. I think we can all agree, that when it comes to what we decide to take on as far as swing improvements, SIMPLE IS BEST! This drill is great for players who tend to get steep, don’t rotate their body, and/or don’t release the club.

The rotational slam is one of my go to slam ball moves for golfers ⛳️😎 Share it with a golfer you know who could use a little more distance this season 👀  It’s a simple full body move and a nice way to get some explosiveness into your training 🚀 The lats are a big power source in the golf swing so creating length through them and then getting them to contract rapidly is key 🔐  I typically like a light slam ball (3-6kg) and like to perform 2/3 sets of around 3-5 reps each side 😁 They can be pretty satisfying too 😆 🎥 demo from Ella
