@brianne2k "Do you want AI to . . . ?", "Do you want AI to . . . ?", "Do you want AI to . . . ?" Every time you open a PDF! 😭

@brianne2k @hootsuite Not to believe all the personal "rules" that others developed and tried to pass on, like "must include five hashtags in every post" or "can't post the same content twice." 🙄 I learned real rules through experience and courses in the @UFCJConline social media program. 👍

@brianne2k @DQ4YOU Yep, "champ" is the original (and better) verb for this phrase, but "chomp" means nearly the same thing as "champ" and is well-accepted in this phrase now. tinyurl.com/3pjc87vw "Hone in" instead of "home in" is a more problematic eggcorn for me. 🥺

@brianne2k Love the new series! Only thing left is to create a cute avatar or logo for it sometime.😀

a few hours have passed and I still feel cringe 🫣 but here’s day 3 of Mom’s Marketing Minute 👩🏻🍼
Brianne Fleming@brianne2k
my creative process for doing more video is to record it, wait an hour or two, and then see if I still hate it

@brianne2k @jeeveswilliams 😄I prefer (and wish we could use) the British-English style of including the period outside the marks (unless it's part of the quoted content). More logical than always including it inside.

@jeeveswilliams @JosephPriest do you also carry this burden? 😂

@brianne2k Huge congrats to you and Sandy! 🎉 Can’t wait to see photos. 🤗

update: I had the baby and she snores lmao (it’s adorable 🥹)
Brianne Fleming@brianne2k
apparently my most severe pregnancy symptom is snoring
English

@brianne2k A7. Yes! The most valuable quality a college has to offer is its prestige, and commercial opportunities like this detract from that prestige even further. #PopChat

Q7: The NCAA is considering a rule change to allow schools to display corporate logos on football fields and uniforms. This would be an additional revenue stream.
What do you think about this idea? Would it affect the culture of college sports? #PopChat

English

@brianne2k A6. Everyone loves rebels and rules getting broken. 😁 Society has made cleanliness and orderliness values to aspire to, but they’re boring! #PopChat
English

Q6: A viral series, Boy Room, investigates the messy bedrooms of male 20-somethings. The series is often sponsored by Lysol.
Why are some audiences fascinated by “gross” content? Do you enjoy watching shows like this (e.g. Dr. Pimple Popper)? #PopChat

English

@brianne2k A5. Trying to focus on the original story sufficiently while at the same time trying to focus on the new story as much as possible. #PopChat
English

Q5: The trailer for ‘Moana 2’ broke records as the most watched ever for a Disney animated picture with 178M views in 24 hours.
From a marketing perspective, what is different about releasing a trailer for a sequel vs. an original movie? #PopChat

English

@brianne2k A3. It’s going too far to require this of performers. 😟 #PopChat
English

Q3: A fan is suing Madonna for subjecting concertgoers to “unwanted sexual content” and “p*rnography without warning” during her show.
What do you think about this lawsuit? Should there be warnings ahead of concerts if there will be an explicit performance? #PopChat

English

@brianne2k A2. For my clients’ UGC posts. it would be difficult to capture the same authenticity and originality in other posts. And highlighting the post makes them a lifelong brand fan! #PopChat
English

Q2: A TikToker asked her followers to help her make a song about men in finance. They delivered, and the track has now gone viral.
Have you ever used social media to create something with your audience’s help? What is special about crowdsourced creativity? #PopChat

English

@brianne2k A1. Too close to fraud or plagiarism to have much upside. Disingenuous, as @hannah_waye said, is an excellent way to describe it. #PopChat
English

Q1: Designer brand Alexander Wang used Ariana Grande, Taylor Swift, Kylie Jenner and Beyoncé “lookalikes” for their latest bag campaign.
What may be the pros and cons of this approach? Do you think it’s ethical? #PopChat
