You added the @Kajabi app to your Kit account. Here are five automations you can build with it: → Give leads a free sneak peek of your course → Welcome new students automatically → Upsell at exactly the right moment → Reward your VIPs with a new product offer → Collect testimonials 60 days post-sale Set it up once. Let it run. If you're on both platforms, make sure you've connected them. 🤝

@kit hey friends, a company using your service is spamming me (and others too I think) without the working “unsubscribe” mechanism. Will you be able to something about it ?

What if your mailbox was a source of inspiration? ☀️ Dhar Mann thinks it should be — so he built Inspiration Weekly, a newsletter delivering kindness, hope, and positive energy straight to your inbox every Monday morning at 9am ET. Because there's enough negativity out there. Your inbox doesn't have to add to it. Check out his newsletter: bit.ly/3OlAVSw

hey Joakim 👋 between those two, Kit is the one built for your exact shape — 3K to 10K fits on the free plan, and when you start pushing products you get built-in commerce, visual automations, and the Creator Network (other Kit creators can recommend your newsletter to their subs). happy to walk through the migration if helpful or answer any specific questions!

Anyone have strong opinions of what’s the best newsletter provider? We have around 3K subs and aim to quickly get to 10K. Will later also have needs to push products. Mostly looking at Klaviyo vs Kit.

I used Mailchimp for years, and my emails always struggled to get through, and my tools were limited. Now they are even raising their prices. I switched to Kit a few years ago and love it for my email campaigns and really love the flexibility just with the free plan. With a paid plan, you can even have paid memberships to your list (think substack). They are doing a Mailchimp switcher campaign through April 30th if anyone is interested. New Kit customers get 25% off annual plans through April 30, plus dedicated migration support from our team. partners.kit.com/qxezr0cd5o1p-mc

Hey Ray! Thanks for flagging this. It looks like you signed up through Chris's creator profile, where a pop-up with recommended creators can appear after subscribing. You may have also clicked "subscribe" on one of those suggestions, which would explain the email you received from another creator. Happy to dig deeper if anything still looks off!

@Chris_Smth @kit Hey Chris. I confirmed my email to your newsletter and I immediately got a random email from Nick Huber. "Thanks for following my Sweaty Startup journey". Is that the catch? I wanted to see your content not my email to be distributed to others...

deliverability tip: consistency is one of the fastest ways to build sender reputation. sending once a month and then blasting five emails in a week looks suspicious to inbox providers. pick a cadence, stick to it, and your reputation will compound over time.

Alli Covington, M.A. ❤️❤️❤️
I’d start with building an email list buy having servers ask about their experience and when they rave, ask them if they want to know about exclusive events chef puts on in advance of the event (which only goes out the happy patrons, not the public. I’d have them hand them an iPad with the email sign up on the screen and have the server instruct them to click the button in the email they just got so they don’t miss a thing. Then, whenever I get a good deal on some fish or something exciting or exotic I’d create a special menu and email the list.

Pop quiz: You run a restaurant that’s been open for 6 months. You’re priced near the top of your market. Over 1,200 people have dined there. Great reviews. So far, you’ve had no strategy for keeping in contact with any of those 1,200 customers. Which do you spend more money and energy on? You must choose only one: A. Marketing to existing customers B. Marketing to new customers

deliverability tip: clean your list every 90 days. unengaged subscribers drag down your open rates which tanks your deliverability. less is genuinely more here.

Kit has a feature where if your form subscribers misspell a common domain it will suggest a correction. gmail.co --> gmail.com is the most common fix. .con --> .com is also a common one.
