Hi Kate, sorry to hear this. I've spoken to our lost property team who have confirmed you have been in touch with them. They referred you to the bus replacement company which had your item and they are now responsible for returning the item. I do apologise, but there's nothing further we can assist with. @GWRHelp I am having zero feedback from you lost property office about my rucksack still residing in the offices of you Birmingham rail replacement minibus service from last week. Pls can you advise what you are doing about sending it to your lost property office in Oxford.

So @StagecoachSouth what use is this display? Really. Currently on a bus in rural Oxfordshire and the lights in the bus are so bright I can’t see out and the display is - useless? Why can’t it tell me where we are or which is the next stop ? Thank you.

@StagecoachSouth So I use the S3 bus between Chipping Norton and Oxford (I live in Enstone) - this is what we see on all our buses on the schedule. Thanks
