This week I went to Amsterdam for the 10th @BeneMicro Conference 🦠 It was a fantastic opportunity to learn about and discuss the current research on different #microbiomes, discoveries of potential #probiotics, the sense and nonsense of commercial #MicrobiomeTesting and more.

The HARVEST Study will test hydroponic kitchen gardens that biofortify leafy greens alongside a bespoke app designed to deliver cooking recipes that provide specific micronutrients that #vegans and #vegetarians need 🌿 buff.ly/3MDoCxd
