When dating with genuine intentions, a man who pays for dates often demonstrates that he's likely ready and willing to handle the financial responsibilities of a future marriage (if things go well between the two.) The girl if she's also moving forward with the same intention can spend in other ways. It doesn't have to be 50/50, it doesn't have to be about dining only, both can do for each other without making money an issue.

As a single female child, got a question in my mind “Is it okay to tell in an arranged marriage meeting that after marriage I want to help my parents financially”?

Absolutely okay!!
Since it is arranged marriage we have to talk clearly all these things before marriage.
In fact my aunts daughter made it a compulsory point.
My neighbor's daughter Married a boy, only son of his parents. Her parents ,his parents, and them shifted to an apt block where three of them live separate but in same building.
There are so many ways. Don't get scared and worried.Even you can opt for a boy who agrees to stay with you and your family.
