सुप्रीम कोर्ट का महत्वपूर्ण फैसला - अब गोद लेने वाली मां को भी समान अधिकार।
कोर्ट ने स्पष्ट किया कि बच्चे की उम्र के आधार पर मातृत्व अवकाश में भेदभाव असंवैधानिक है। सामाजिक सुरक्षा संहिता, 2020 की धारा 60(4) को रद्द करते हुए कहा गया कि हर गोद लेने वाली मां को 12 सप्ताह का मातृत्व अवकाश मिलेगा, चाहे बच्चे की उम्र कुछ भी हो।
यह निर्णय न केवल समानता को मजबूत करता है, बल्कि मां और बच्चे के स्वास्थ्य व भावनात्मक संबंधों को भी महत्व देता है। मातृत्व सिर्फ जन्म से नहीं, बल्कि देखभाल और जिम्मेदारी से जुड़ा है।

India judiciary is the most useless incompetent judiciary in the world.
But no one should discuss about this. Because Supreme Court is more worried about ppl discussing the incompetency than fixing the incompetency.

After the judgement, i wondered why the drama of reply, examination in chief, cross, final arguments ? This could have been given even when the case was filed
