When Hamas integrates into civilian areas, that is a war crime by Hamas. Genocide requires intent. The Israelis have no intent of harming Palestinian citizens.

The definition of a genocide doesn't include population collapse. Legally genocide is defined as "acts committed with the intent to destroy, in whole or in part, a national, ethnic, racial, or religious group. Examples of acts include: Killing members of the group Causing serious bodily or mental harm Deliberately inflicting conditions of life to destroy the group (like famine, blockade) Preventing births or forcibly transferring children. All are acts being reported from Gaza. Which is why multiple orgs, including the UN investigation define it as one.

Genocide? Gaza strip population is in the top 20-30 (varies on diff. sources) of countries with highest growth rate, you can do your reasearch and see the data from many unbiased international organizations. The growth rate is between 2 to 3 % on early basis. What kind of genocide is this?

I'm concerned with all acts of injustice, I'm a supporter of MSF. The post just happens to be om this topic and you're projecting a view on me i don't hold. The birth rate amongst settlers in the west bank is higher among israeli settlers, who actually shouldn't be there under the fourth geneva convention. Not to mention out of all the dead in Gaza being comprised of women and children by 56%. The UN court investigates it as genocide and Bibi is a rightfully wanted war criminal
