All true, now explain why renting is better and some how going to put you in a better financial situation. Who ever owns that property you are renting faces all the above and has to make profit off you. So it’s going to cost you more for an equivalent home period and every penny of that money is gone without even the hope of a return on investment. I have bought and sold two homes over the last 10 years and doubled my money both times. Be careful taking this dudes advice. He makes money renting properties to people like you. Last thing he wants is you buying up properties he can use to make make money on 😂 if what he is saying is honest then how did he make so much money renting these exact properties with all the exact same liabilities 😂

@CryptoDefiLord This information is wrong. If you graduate from USA university you can file for OPT EAD and some programs are eligible for OPT extension for two years giving you three years in total after graduation to work and figure out other options

So from information reaching me all Nigerians graduating this year from an American university will be made to go back to their home country because we are in the ban list 😭😭😭 They can’t process work authorization or apply for green card. And worse is the moment they come back getting Visa will be another problem.
