@Mojomarm @HMRCcustomers Yes there is a problem and they are denying knowledge of it. Nearly a week now of being able to submit gift aid schedules.

@HMRCcustomers is there an issue with Gift Aid submissions at the moment? 2 members of staff have tried to submit on 2 different machines, but both are failing part way through. Same issue yesterday as well

@Matt_was_taken1 @HMRCcustomers I have had this issue since last Thursday too. I have been told to clear cookies and cache but it's definitely on their end. They said it was going looked into on Monday. There are lots of people working against deadlines to claim so I hope it's sorted soon.

@HMRCcustomers Hi, I am trying to process a gift aid reclaim and when I click submit I get this screen that doesn't go away. The continue button does nothing. I've tried this two separate days, it has worked in previous months Thanks

@BabyBasicsUK @HMRCcustomers Hi there this was reported by several users over the last few days. Cookies and cache have been cleared and there is an issue on your end. They did say the IT department were looking at it on Monday. I have tried again today and it's still not working.

@HMRCcustomers I am trying to submit a gift aid claim through the gateway portal. Everything goes well until the last step when I reach the screen for the security check then, nothing happen. Is any problem with the system ? It was like that on Friday too.
