@shellmayr I think ppl are trying, otherwise not everybody and their mom would be building sandbox products rn, but I think it might be hard bc of:
- existing dev-envs not being built with this in mind
- devs are neurotics and you cannot force them into a flow
- remote coding infra sux

@colinhacks I toyed around with this recently. A big problem I had was caching if the entire setup is just an sh. My current go-to is devcontainers. Though they don't work well in CI if that's a requirement of yours. And devcontainers are also annoying as hell sometimes.

@kdy1dev I want you to succeed but languages and even frameworks have so many isms and conventions that I think this will be very hard to pull off so that the generated output is nice to use.

I’m building SDKLang, a language for generating SDK for many languages with a single source code.
I’m still struggling with the syntax, though. Any idea or suggestions would be really appreciated.
I’ll hide per-language code as much as possible using stdlib.
