@VpoIHk You’re missing my point. I like promos, but having a new one EVERY week is too much. Throw in Evos as well and there is too many variations of cards which leads to a dead market and new releases become pointless.

@MFGA___ We are not coming back to using totw in april like fifa 15 enough with this bs, we want promo every week and cards that always improves the team

TOTW shouldn’t be removed. The issue comes from EA releasing promos every single week so the power curve is constantly moving and TOTW can’t keep up. Plus the fact you could probably Evo the gold version of all these cards for better versions. UT is just a broken system.

@MJTruths Yeah fair point. Still, that’s not TOTW’s fault, it’s EA’s for mismanaging them. TOTWs have been in UT since FIFA 11 and if you remove them, you’re losing a bit of UT heritage. They just need managed better.

@MFGA___ Uh, no. The problem is that EA treats the TOTW cards as fodder now. They are purposely given worse stats and playstyles. The cards would be meaningful if EA wanted them to be good.

@MatiSavu Not sure. Did I love FIFA 13 etc where it was just TOTW & TOTS? Definitely But I also loved FIFA 17-22 where you had the performance based promos plus your odd fun promo like shapeshifters, fut birthday etc. There’s far too many cards in the game now, that’s for sure.

@supremetactico7 @isaacaden_ A ton is a bit of an exaggeration. Plus, that’s not how pack weight works. You are less likely to pack OP cards because of a complete influx of low to mid rated golds.

@MFGA___ @isaacaden_ There’s tons of gold players outside top 5 leagues and a ton of irrelevant players in top 5 leagues. Likewise you can now pack OP female cards like Pina and Bonmati

@NothingBxtNets_ I think that’s mostly to do with playstyles tbf. They’re only shit because of what else is available - when EA are releasing a new promo every week they have to make the cards better than the previous to keep people engaged. Plus Evos literally dominate the whole game🤔

@MFGA___ The problem is they deliberately make the totws shit, not the abundance of promos. There's about 2 useable totws in the whole game

@supremetactico7 Using last year as a comparison doesn’t hold any merit as it literally could not have been any worse this year. They haven’t found a good balance imo. Compare it to how FIFA 20-22 was. It was a balanced power curve until TOTS, then you had summer promos like futties after.

@MFGA___ The power curve has been slowed down immensely this season and they’ve found a good balance. Last year we had 90 and 91 evos around this time, now we’re dealing with max 87 and 88. Unless you want to use Gold Pina till June, then you should be content

@MFGA___ Make all TOTW live cards depending on the players performace and problem solved . Small boost etc For strikers goals milestones etc etc something to make htem worth keeping +

@supremetactico7 I never said that? There has to be some middle ground between 86 Foden in June to what we have now. 90 odd rated cards in April pre TOTS and they’re still behind the power curve. The faster we get to cards with maxed out stats etc, the faster the game dies.

Also the fact that unless you're drastically shorter/taller, all the players builds are the exact same. That may have the face of Olise but aside from the frame and build isn't him (like 95% of the POV when you play the game)
